Judy Grant began her real estate career in Wisconsin, home of the Packers, Badgers and Bucks!  She was employed with the most productive independent agency in her hometown of Racine.

Judy and her husband first visited Hilton Head Island as tourists.  Realizing the island’s beautiful amenities and ambiance, they thought what a great place to retire in the distant future.  A year later they were presented with an option to purchase a condo and their love affair with Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry began as non-resident owners.   After their children finished college and did not return to Wisconsin, Judy and her husband decided to make the permanent move to Hilton Head and were fortunate to find their dream home on the island’s south end in Shipyard, “the islands best kept secret”.  Before joining Howard Hanna Allen Tate, Judy started her own “boutique’’ real estate agency and has enjoyed helping buyers for over 20 years realize their dreams of owning their own piece of paradise on Hilton Head.

Judy’s knowledge, integrity, honesty and customer service experience will help anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Lowcountry.  Give Judy a call for all your real estate needs.
